Gard™ SawGard™ Oil

Product Description

Gard™ SawGard™ Oil is engineered from premium naphthenic base stocks fortified with extreme pressure, soluble emulsifier, and special tackiness additives to provide lubrication and cleaning properties on modern high speed lumber cutting machinery. SawGard Oil is ideal for use in edger gang saws, trimmers, bandmill saws, older sawmill applications where circular saws are used, and smaller portable circular or bandmill saws.

SawGard Oil is fortified with Extreme Pressure (EP), soluble emulsifier, and special tackiness additives to provide:

  • Excellent emulsification of water
  • High tackiness to keep oil on saws and guides
  • Protection against corrosion and staining
  • Excellent flow properties in low temperatures

SawGard Oil is available in ISO 46, 68, 100, and 150.
